Different organizations have different expectations, however their similarity when it comes to choosing people they will hire is, about choosing the candidate that will add the most value. This interview question has different forms such as, ‘If we hire you, what will you bring to the company?’, or ‘What skills and experience will you bring to this job?’. All this questions meet at the same root answer which is about the candidate adding the most value.

How to Answer this difficult Interview Question?
Here are the either of five things you could say to help you give a top-scoring answer. Tell the interviewer that:
- You will bring the ability to learn things fast and the fact you will need little supervision in your work
- You will always have a positive attitude in your work, and you will always embrace change in the role
- You will bring a great track record of achievement you have in the similar role – This is telling them that you have the experience or ideas that will help the company increase sales
- You can bring an innovative approach to working. For example, this means you will find ways to help the business meet the needs of its customers and clients.
- You can bring leadership qualities, which means you will be someone who takes ownership of difficult challenges
Key Note: An answer tailored either of the five will be appealing to your interviewer. So prepare to say your answer enthusiastically and with confidence. Make sure to give an example of something unique you will do in the role that will show you’re the stand out candidate
Sample Answer #1: I believe as a driven candidate I can bring positivity, experience, a creative approach to solving problems and the ability to embrace change enthusiastically. I can bring drive, a passion for this industry and the ability to always treat your clients and customers in a way that will ensure they become long-term customers of the business. Now having researched your company before applying for the role, I believe my diverse attributes knowledge and experience will be of benefit to the team I will be working in. Finally, I will also bring an ability to multi-task, the quality of being able to complete challenging tasks and projects on time and the assurance that I will always take steps to improve, grow and develop in the role.
Sample Answer #2: I believe I can bring high levels of enthusiasm to your team, a can-do attitude and the promise that I will learn the role quickly so I can start contributing to your business goals in super-fast time. I can bring a disciplined approach to tasks, a willingness to learn from experienced members of the company and a determined and resilient approach to solving problems as and when they occur. Finally, I can bring a creative mindset which means I will be someone who will help your business grow by looking for new ways to increase ways to increase sales and improve customer service standards.
